We want you to be completely satisfied with your training experience. This policy outlines our refund terms and conditions.
Course Enrollment Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days or if you've accessed more than 20% of the content, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Practice exams, downloadable materials, and study guides that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable. Group enrollment packages have separate refund terms specified at purchase.
Course Access
Upon refund approval, your access to course materials will be immediately terminated. Any downloaded materials must be deleted from your devices.
